Vikash K. Patel

CEO & President 

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company and providing it with the guidance and direction needed for the company to surpass its guests, associates, property owners and investor expectations.


Vic has overseen 2 hotel conversions and 6 hotel openings. He is responsible for all management for developments for Haven Hospitality Group’s developments. for the company for licensing to hotels opening. On the management side, Vic has twelve years of management experience. His primary focus areas include revenue maximization, hotel profitability, brand standard compliance as well as guest and associate satisfaction.


Vic is the current Treasurer of the San Marcos CVB, member of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association, the San Marcos Chamber, Texas State University Bobcat Club, and the AH&LA. Vic was also the proud recipient of the City of San Marcos "Shining Star Under 40" award in 2012.

Kishor C. Patel

CFO / Chief Financial Officer

Kishor Patel, also known as Ken, is the Founder and CFO of Haven Hospitality Group LLC. Ken, began his hospitality career in 1976, Building his first hotel in 1980 in Oklahoma. Today, Ken has interest in nine hotels, having developed, or purchased over 19 hotels throughout his career. An entrepreneur at heart, Ken has become a successful ground-up developer, owner, and manager of premium brand hotels. His aptitude for operating hotels in niche markets has played a crucial role in the success and remarkable growth of this company.


Other development projects Ken has been involved in over the years include a shopping center, several gas stations, several custom homes and 125 unit exclusive residential development.


As CFO of Haven Management Services, Ken maintains oversight over financing, budgeting, tax structuring, and risk management. Additionally, Mr. Patel governs the hotel investment acquisitions for the Company, as well as investor relations.

John Salazar

Director of Revenue Management

John recently joined Haven Management Services obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Sales & Advertising from Texas State University.

 

He started his career in the hospitality industry as a front desk agent and social media marketing intern at the Candlewood Suites. Later he transitioned to the Director of Sales at the Candlewood Suites. ​

 

At Haven Management Services, John serves as the Director of Revenue Management, offering revenue support to the managed hotels in the San Marcos region. With the ability to identify and implement strategies and build strong relationships, he has been able to grow market share & increase revenue.

Pari Sandage

Accounting

Pari Sandage, a financial business consultant, is the founder of Sandage Consulting. With over 30 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, software development, and business management, she is passionate about helping Haven Management Services evolve and grow.

 

In her current role, Pari Sandage is responsible for the day-to-day recordings of financial transactions for the managed portfolio according to company standards of operation procedures.

She has worked for, and with, large corporations, small start‐ups, and even non‐profit organizations. Her expertise includes not only small business accounting but also many technical aspects of a business.

Bintu V. Patel 

Bookkeeping

Bintu Patel is the Bookkeeper of Finance for the Company with over 9 years of Management experience in the hospitality industry.

In her current role, she is responsible for the day-to-day recordings of financial transactions for the managed portfolio according to company standards of operation procedures.

 

Additional responsibilities include daily deposits and reconciliation of purchases, sale receipts, and payments.

Vanessa Dunphy

Area Director of Sales

Vanessa Dunphy has joined Haven Management Services as the Area Director of Sales after working for the Company for over 5 years.

 

She started his career in the hospitality industry as head of housekeeping, making her way up into the sales department at the Holiday Inn San Marcos and then transitioning to our full service property, Holiday Inn Convention Center in San Marcos. 

She is true professional at coordinating with customers, particularly those hosting major events at the hotels, to relay information, attend meetings, and ensure customer's needs are met.
