Vikash Patel
Lead Developer
As a part of the Development team for Haven Hospitality Group LLC., Mr. Vikash Patel is the lead developer for the company and is actively involved in all aspects of development process form site selection, franchise relations, development, construction, and management of the company’s limited-service hotels and other real estate assets.
Throughout his career, Mr. Patel has worked in franchisor and franchisee capacities, developing nationally recognized hotel brands under the Hilton, IHG, and Radisson franchises. Since starting with Haven Hospitality Group LLC, Mr. Patel has helped develop and construct 6 limited-service hotels throughout Central Texas with 2 hotels in the pipeline. In addition to these newly constructed hotels, Mr. Patel has purchased and renovated 1 limited-service hotels throughout Texas.
Mr. Patel is a graduate of University of Texas Austin where he completed his degree in Architecture. Mr. Patel also holds a Minor from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas Austin.
Vishal Desai
Development team
As a part of the Development team for Haven Hospitality Group LLC, Mr. Desai is actively involved in site selection, franchise relations, development, construction, and management of the company’s limited-service hotels.
Throughout his career, Mr. Desai has worked in franchisor and franchisee capacities, developing nationally recognized hotel brands under the Hilton, Best Western, La Quinta, Choice, Wyndham, G6, and Red Roof franchises. Prior to starting with Haven Hospitality Group LLC., Mr. Desai has helped develop and construct 10 limited-service hotels throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and California. In addition to these newly constructed hotels, Mr. Desai has purchased and renovated 3 limited-service hotels throughout Texas.
Mr. Desai is a graduate of Baylor University where he completed his degree in Finance.
