Managing revenue is a key priority of our hotel property teams. We strive to consistently improve RevPAR penetration year over year, driving continual growth in market share. Our management team work in conjunction with the property team and brand revenue teams to cascade innovative ideas and knowledge to build revenues and increase profitability.

Maintenance & Performance Reviews
Along with our on-property teams, we develop preventive maintenance programs and conduct quarterly hotel performance reviews that assist with overall asset protection.
We involve all employees and include checklists for quality assurance. Regular visits by the Director of Operations ensure that properties are maintained according to company and brand standards.
Our executive leadership conducts quarterly reviews and comparisons with the quarterly and annual plans. We create action plans to capitalize on opportunities and to address challenges.
